We're still cute as ever...what a burden..

It's hard to be good looking...people have high expectations for our behavior. We took our owners to obedience school and they graduated, but they still have a lot to learn. Like, how about leavin' a little more meat on those steak bones? We've been very busy this past year...doing a little traveling...hanging with our mom and godparents, visting our grandmother at the groomer's...its hard to find time to blog.

Road Trip

This trip to Joshua Tree Nat'l Monument was a lot of fun. We love rock climbing and there's plenty of great scenery to look at. The day was cold and clear and we could see all the way to Mexico and the Salton Sea.

I didn't like these boots at first, but they do keep the mud off of my paws. Meesha has some in pink...what a princess!

I may be little, but don't be fooled...I'm 11 pounds of "you don't wanna mess with me." I'm 20 pounds of muscle...okay, puppy fat, but you don't want to get between me and my food.

More Sightseeing

Further up the coast there are hundreds of seals sunning themselves on the beach. They weren't much fun, but we met lots of new dog friends and tons of people who felt it necessary to remind us of how cute we are!

Sightseeing

The fresh air is just what the doctor ordered! Morro Bay is breathtaking! Most of the restaurants are dog friendly as well. What a great vacation!

Too much tasting

Meesha, you look as bad as I feel! Maybe we should skip the wine tasting today and take in some local scenery.

Later at the hotel...

After visits to several wineries, we're back at the hotel and loving this gigantic dog bed! Kikko, I feel like singing! Meesha, I just want to stretch out on this bed and enjoy the good life! More merlot please!

Tasting buddy

We made our first new friend at Calcareous Winery. We think he's a dog...but it doesn't matter. He really knows his way around a vineyard.

Wow! So many wineries to choose from. Let's see...what do we have a taste for...rhone, zinfandel, viognier?

Kikko, this pet friendly hotel is the best! We have full run of the place! There's a nice grassy area outside of our balcony and we can even jump all over the furniture! Call room service...no, call the concierge. I'm ready to hit the wineries!

A vacation just for us!

The people who feed us have decided to take us on a dog friendly vacation to the Central Coast! This is our first road trip! Are we there yet?

I prefer the dark blue sweater...it really brings out the color in my eyes!

Merry Christmas

I've just learned about the meaning of Christmas and how we are celebrating the birth of Jesus this season. What I don't understand is why I have to wear this ridiculous hat! The thermals aren't too bad.
